Honest Yoga is currently where I share most of my Yoga classes throughout the week. Located in the Mahon Scout Hall, in Portadown, Northern Ireland, UK.

These classes cater to a growing community of Yoga practitioners with all-levels and beginner’s offerings. Currently I share classes on the days and times below…

~ Wednesday ~
~ All-Levels Flow from 7pm to 8pm ~
~ Beginner’s Flow from 8:15pm to 9:15pm ~

~ Saturday ~
~ All-Levels Flow from 9:30am to 10:30am ~
